Vendor Registration July 9th (10-5) and 10th (11-5) Rhubarb Frenzy

This is a ticket to be a vendor at Winehaven's Sip and Shop Event during the Rhubarb Frenzy on July 9th (10 am to 5 pm) and 10th (11 am to 5 pm).  There are no refunds, or discounts if you can only participate one day of a two day weekend.  The cost is $50.00 for the weekend for a license to vend at the Event.  (No discounts will provided for vending only one day of a two day weekend).  Payment is non-refundable and must be received within 14 days of being notified that the vendor application is accepted or Vendor's space will be reassigned.  The event will be held outside, weather permitting.  If the weather is not acceptable, the event will be held inside the winery.

By paying the fee to be a vendor at the Sip and Shop Event, Vendor agrees to the following:

Winehaven provides: 10'x10' exhibit space; and by reservation, electrical service and/or tables (additional fees apply for electrical service and tables).

Vendor agrees to provide an attractive booth and signage, any equipment needed for displays and selling (must fit in allocated booth space); electrical cords (if used) must be commercial grade.

Vendor will be given access to the event location no less than 90 minutes before the Event starts to set up the Vendor’s station, goods to be sold, and anything else that is needed to vend at that specific location.

Vendor’s station shall be no bigger than 10 feet x 10 feet or taller than 10 feet; and shall be clean and orderly; and shall follow all applicable laws and regulations of the State of Minnesota.

Vendor’s staff will be properly dressed, and they shall conduct themselves in an orderly fashion.

There is to be no loud distracting music, noise, and or sound amplification devices used by Vendor’s staff.

Vendor will have access to the location for up to 2 hours following the Event’s conclusion to dismantle and remove all items brought to the Event by Vendor. Vendor shall leave the location free from trash and in similar condition that it was in before the Vendor was there.

Vendor agrees to provide Winehaven with a signed Operator Certificate of Compliance Form ST19 prior to the start of the event.  A copy is available for download at: https://www.revenue.state.mn.us/sites/default/files/2011-11/st19.pdf

Vendor agrees to hold the Winehaven free from any damages or claims that may develop in connection with participating in the above mentioned Event.

The following items are not allowed: knives, firearms, alcoholic beverages, sexually explicit materials, drug paraphernalia.

Vendor commits to the entire day from 10 am to 5 pm.  Absolutely no set-up or tear down is allowed during the event.

Vendor acknowledges that Winehaven will not provide damage insurance for Vendor at the Event.  Vendor agrees to provide their own theft and damage insurance for property on display and equipment in use, if desired.

Vendor agrees that Winehaven may revoke authorization to participate at any time for violation of the rules and terms stated above.
