2021 was a perfect growing season for the winter-hardy Edelweiss grape.  This rare wine represents only the fourth vintage of Edelweiss in Winehaven's 26 year history.  It is a dry white wine that offers complex aromas of tropical fruits, including pineapple and citrus.  Try it with fish, chicken, Asian stir-fry, and Caribbean jerk-seasoned dishes.
