The grape for this wine was developed by Kevin and Kyle Peterson, WineHaven's father and son winemaking team. WineHaven has been awarded U.S. Plant Patent 31,040 for the Franconia grape, characterized by its unique combination of disease resistance, winter hardiness and complex array of rich berry flavors. 

Made from the new winter hardy Franconia grape, this lush wine is busting with blackberry and raspberry notes that flow into an intense floral palate.  This wine is wonderful with cheese, beef and pasta dishes.
